About Visits & Troubleshooting

You will immediately receive an email confirmation after submitting your online consultation request form. You will be notified about successful form submission and payment made. You may also get a follow up email message about your prescription and treatment plan.

First, check your ‘spam’ or ‘updates’ folder. If you don’t find confirmation email there even after an hour of submitting your consultation form, then contact us right away at support@alphacareinc.com

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a scheduled appointment. If you reach out to our support team to request cancellation of the video visit, no refund will be issued. It is advisable to reschedule the appointment instead.

It is not necessary to keep the app open, but it is important to keep your phone close to you so that the provider can start the visit as soon as they arrive. You will be notified via text or email that the scheduled consultation is about to begin.

You must perform video and sound quality tests to ensure that your camera and microphone are working properly. You can check it via Skype or FaceTime but remember you cannot join a video visit through any of these video calling tools.

For a scheduled video visit on Alphacareinc.com, you should log in to the platform 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure that you can connect and have a smooth consultation. Also, ensure your camera and microphone is working properly so you can proceed with your video visit without a glitch.

When requesting a visit, you can receive text and email notifications as well as push notifications* if using the AlphaCare Inc., app. Notifications vary based on the visit you have requested and the device being used. You will always receive a notification when:
 

  • Your video consultation request is confirmed.
  • Your payment has been received.
  • 30 minutes are left to start your visit.
  • 5 minutes are left in your video consultation.More

The minimum time limit allocated to a video consultation is 15 minutes. However, you can request to extend the session 5 minutes before the call ends. You will be charged for the additional minutes depending on the treatment you seek.

Refund Policy:

Our consultation fee is non-refundable. However, we may refund if a health care practitioner doesn’t provide you with a treatment plan and eRx doesn’t reach your pharmacy or if you cancel the scheduled video consultation (terms and conditions apply.)

Medicines Aren't Included In Consultation Fee!

We only charge for online medical consultations. All the e-prescriptions are sent to the pharmacies according to the patients preferences. You need to pay the pharmacy to get your medicines.

Pay Per Visit:

There is no contract or monthly subscriptions. Just pay your consultation fee on each visit. You can also submit a consultation form for another person (your friend or family member.)
